Exhibit Hall

CCSA expects to welcome more than 40 vendors to the exhibit hall during our Issues of Substance 2025 conference.

The exhibit hall is in Ballroom B1, which is on the Ballroom Level of the Halifax Convention Centre. 

The plenary sessions take place right next door in Ballroom B2 and B3, and many of the concurrent sessions happen in the rooms located on the same floor. This will make it easy for attendees to interact with the vendors during breaks or when they have some free time during the conference. 

We will regularly update the map below as sponsors and exhibitors confirm their booth location.
