Information for Poster Presenters
Thank you for agreeing to present a poster at CCSA’s Issues of Substance 2023 conference. Please find below details to help you prepare and present your poster.
Preparing Your Poster
On your poster, indicate whether your poster is research oriented; program, intervention or project oriented; or based on personal experience. You should also specify whether you are a student.
Posters must include a disclosure of any real or potential conflicts of interest and how you’ve addressed those conflicts. Posters should also include who funded the work. We also encourage you to acknowledge the land on which your work was conducted.
Poster Dimensions
Posters can be a maximum of 94″ wide × 45″ high and you’ll be given self-adhesive dots to hang them (two posters per board, one per side). If your poster doesn’t fit, you won’t be able to display it at the conference because space is limited.
More guidance on developing your poster can be found in Tips for Developing Your Poster.
Transporting Your Poster
It is your responsibility to bring your poster with you to the conference. If you don’t have a poster case, we suggest using a cardboard mailing tube.
