Anthony Esposti serves as the chief executive officer of CAPSA (Community Addictions Peer Support Association). He leads an accomplished and energetic team of professionals in their work to dismantle and transform stigma and discrimination for people addressing their substance use health. Anthony comes from a varied background in the private sector and has spent 25 years in corporate commercial and investment banking for Canadian financial institutions. He has served as an executive on several not-for-profit boards of directors and is past chair of CAPSA. Anthony’s work at CAPSA is informed by his own living experience with an alcohol use disorder, with which he currently lives well.
